NEW BUSINESS:

Dwight / N4GSD – Dwight / N4GSD is going to have a Christmas party on Saturday December 20 at the Manassas Elks Lodge. There are currently no plans, but Dwight suggested that this be at least an informal OVH Christmas party, and asked anyone to please volunteer.

John / KG4NXT – After discussion during the break regarding having an official OVH Christmas / Holiday party, John made a motion that we move forward, and Dwight be the chairman, and that OVH add $200 for the Christmas party on December 20 at the Manassas Elks Lodge. Our program speaker Frank / N1BRA could not make the meeting. He did leave us information regarding BPL testing.
