Tri-It-Now : Spirit Run

We’re FALLing for the calling of October…
with pumpkins and ghosts all around,
we’re holding a
SPIRIT RUN,
a 5K with spirit
along the campus roads and nature trails at the Freedom Center in Manassas.

Share the course with our Du It duathletes, also competing that morning.

and feel free to get in the Halloween spirit wearing
your best orange & black–
or maybe your favorite ghastly, ghostly get up (and go!).

• A 5k with SPIRIT!  This run will be held alongside Du It on the campus and trails at the Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center in Manassas.
