Manassas Hamfest 2018 Is Here

Hamfest is Sunday June 3 If you are helping set up the event on Saturday June 2,  please be at the Chic Fil A at 9506 Liberia Ave at 8 am for breakfast courtesy of the club, then on to the Fairgrounds. If you are going to the Hamfest,  it is at the Prince William Fairgrounds starting at 7 am on Sunday June 3. Hamfest 2018 Planning Meeting

I would also like to schedule the first planning meeting for  November 6th (Monday) at 7:00PM at Joe & Sam’s Pizzeria in Manassas.  We can meet at 6:00PM to grab a bite before we get down to business.  As this is our first meeting discussion items open but there will be a focus on: Agenda: Review of Planning Checklist Initial vendor List with emphasis on attracting  new vendors Website Status/Update On Line Ticket Sales Program Topic Update Status of Contract Please feel free to contact me with questions and concerns.
