Kids Tri Too Sunday, June 11, 2017 7:15 a.m. (Race Start) Super Sprint distance racing for youths ages 6-14 June 11 and July 30, 2017 (Manassas, VA)

This duathlon is a run-bike-run race of VERY short distances. It's a low-key, fun event! 200 yard run,  400 yard bike,  200 yard run (all distances are approximate) a short distance duathlon (run-bike-run) event for kids ages 5-9 held immediately following our Kids Tri Too triathlons June 11 and July 30, 2017 (Manassas, VA)

This is a super sprint distance triathlon.  It's a great place to try multisport so that you can learn first-hand just how much fun it is to participate in multi-sport events! And if you've got some tri-experience, warm up here for the rest of your season. Our super sprint distances and flat course make going fast fun! with Kids Tri Too and Kids Can Du on the same morning, This will be a wonderful Father's Day outing for the whole family!! The perfect race distance for those new to the sport and for more experienced athletes looking to push their speed to the limit. Flat and fast course for a fun experience! categories include:  triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, tri-relay teams ages 10 through adult  

This is a super sprint triathlon, which includes very short distances in each of the 3 sports: 400y swim    8mi bike     2mi run. These distances are about 2/3 of an average sprint triathlon: Great race for first-timers and experienced triathletes to have fun racing to the finish on our short, flat course.  Age 10 through ADULT welcome to participate.  Another short-distance race perfect for experienced athletes to get some speed in and for new athletes looking for a taste of the triathlon lifestyle. categories include:  triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, tri-relay teams also for ages 10-100

Kids Tri Too 2 Sunday, July 30, 2017 7:15 a.m. * Super Sprint distance racing for youths ages 6-14 June 11 and July 30, 2017 (Manassas, VA)

Exciting event format: The Stroke and Strike is an Aquathlon (swim and run) for ages 10 to 100. We'll swim in a beautiful 50 meter pool, then run on a trail through the woods and along pathways and sidewalks of the George Mason University campus. A sprint distance AQUATHLON:  swim and run (Stroke and Stride) participate as an individual completing full event, or as a 2-person relay team ages 10 through adult
