This is a major club combined operating and social event; all members should plan to attend at least some of the time. Excellent food will be provided, there will be an educational program and everyone (including non-ham) will have an opportunity to make radio contacts on the HF bands (using several different operating modes) with other Field Day stations located all over the USA and Canada. Field Day 2019
Nokesville Park 12560 Aden Rd, Nokesville, VA, United StatesMeet at 9 am for Setup and the event begins at 2 pm.   This is a family event and all family and guests are welcome.  There is a covered dish cookout at 5 pm, which open to all.  The club will have drinks and main dish and you are asked to bring a covered dish of some kind.  Following the dinner, there will be a foxhunt on 2 meter and 440 bands. There will be 440 directional antennas to attach to you HT.  Please bring your HT for this. This event runs all night and night operators are needed.
