Tri-It-Now : Stroke & Strike

Exciting event format:
The Stroke and Strike is an Aquathlon (swim and run)
for ages 10 to 100.

We’ll swim in a beautiful 50 meter pool,
then run on a trail through the woods and along pathways and sidewalks of the George Mason University campus.

• A sprint distance AQUATHLON:  swim and run (Stroke and Stride)
• participate as an individual completing full event, or as a 2-person relay team
• ages 10 through adult
