Our hamfest is indoors at Colgan High School.  

Meet at 9 am for Setup and the event begins at 2 pm.     This is a family event and all family and guests are welcome.   There is a covered dish cookout at 5 pm, which open to all.  There will be a radio balloon launch on Saturday afternoon.  The club will have drinks and main dish and you are asked to bring a covered dish of some kind. This event runs all night and night operators are needed.

Hamfest in Newport News.   $10 entry,  $25 table , $15 tailgate.

We have been in contact with Sky Meadows State Park to set up for a POTA event and hot dog cookout.    We will be at the Park on Sunday, September 20th starting at 10 am and wrapping up around 1 pm. This is open to all club members - who are interested in POTA, already participate with POTA or just want to have a hot dog lunch. The address for the park is 11012 Edmonds Ln., Delaplane, VA 20144,  there is a $10 per car charge for the park.  Once you go thru past the booth, watch for the picnic area sign on your right - it's a gravel driveway, Take that back to the picnic area.
