No swimming in a du, so we don't have to worry about the cold weather. Just dress for the weather and run-bike-run. Anyone ages 10 through adult is welcome to participate. Awards ceremony and snacks following the race. T-shirts or another exciting premium to all entrants. Your season’s not over yet! Before you pack up your bike for the season come out and get in one last race! Sprint Duathlon (run-bike-run) on the Manassas Freedom Center’s ultra-fast course. The Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center 9100 Freedom Center Blvd, Manassas, VA, United StatesWe’re FALLing for the calling of October… with pumpkins and ghosts all around, we’re holding a SPIRIT RUN, a 5K with spirit along the campus roads and nature trails at the Freedom Center in Manassas. Share the course with our Du It duathletes, also competing that morning. Come run with us and feel free to get in the Halloween spirit wearing your best orange & black-- or maybe your favorite ghastly, ghostly get up (and go!). Live DJ for moving and grooving A 5k with SPIRIT! This run will be held alongside Du It on the campus and trails at the Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center in Manassas. ages 10 through adult
Tri-It-Now: Tune Up Tri
The Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center 9100 Freedom Center Blvd, Manassas, VA, United StatesThe perfect short-distance multisport event to start off your season! The Tune Up Tri is an excellent race for beginners, and also a great opportunity for more experienced athletes to use as a gauge of your fitness early in the season. It's a tune-up...hone your skills and remember what it feels like to race 3 sports in one event!  TUNE UP FOR THE 2018 SEASON!!! The Tune Up Tri has a twist in it: since we're racing in March and don't want icicles in our hair..... we'll start the triathlon with the run, then do the bike, and finally end up with a "snake swim" at the pool (so you begin your swim whenever you arrive, not having to wait for an empty lane)
