Buckhall VFD Hall 7190 Yates Ford Road, Manassas, VA, United StatesThe OVH ARC regular monthly meeting is at 7:30 p.m. every third Tuesday at the Buckhall Volunteer Fire Department Station, 7190 Yates Ford Road, Manassas, Virginia. Members, prospective members and other interested persons are invited to attend without obligation. Local information can also be obtained through the OVH’s FM repeaters on 146.970-, 224.660-, 442.200+ and 443.500+ MHz. The OVH’s two D-Star repeaters on 146.865- and 442.5125+ MHz are also fully operational. Up to date information about OVH activities and its meetings is also available during the OVH’s nets on its FM Repeaters each Thursday night at 8:00 p.m. or on 80 meters (3710 KHz) LSB each Sunday night at 7:00 p.m. (8:00 pm in Summer) or through the OVH’s web site at http://w4ovh.net
VIRGINIA QSO PARTY 2019
We will have the Virginia QSO Party from 10 am to midnight on March 21 and from 8 am to 8 pm on March 22. The rules can be found at https://www.qsl.net/sterling/VA_QSO_Party/2020_VQP/2020_VQP_Main.html You will get a nice certificate at our hamfest if you just make one contact and submit your paper log. Awards are presented at our hamfest. We had an nice club presentation at the February meeting  Hope to work you.

Winterfest
Northern Virginia Community College 8333 Little River Turnpike, ANNANDALE, VA, United StatesThe 44th annual Winterfest will bring hams and equipment vendors together on March 29, 2020. Several amateur radio clubs will be on hand to provide information about the ham radio hobby, getting started, where to find instructional help for earning the amateur radio license and much, much more! Vendors in new and used communications equipment, antennas, cabling, parts and supplies will also be on hand to help you find the hard-to-find. Winterfest is an ARRL approved hamfest.
